Lynchburg may seem on the surface to be any relatively small city in the Southeast with a population of ~75,000, but what sets us apart is the opportunity available to our citizens to step up and do more.
Our low cost of living, our numerous institutions of higher education, beautiful landscape, room for individuality, burgeoning and quickly revitalizing downtown, access to innumerable outdoor activities, public trails and park systems, supportive and dynamic city government, relatively temperate climate, mind-blowing variety and quality of historic architecture, and just generally darn nice people are just a few of the reasons I call Lynchburg home, and some of the reasons I hope you will too!
